Location - Broadstairs, Kent
Salary - Up to £25,000 per annum

Are you looking for an exciting new role working within a specialist company, providing professional event support and management to not-for-profit organisations? We have the perfect opportunity available for a confident individual to join our client based in Broadstairs as an Events Assistant, offering social hours of Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and hybrid working.
Responsibilities for the role of Events Assistant
- Support the Senior Events Coordinator with exhibition and sponsorship activity
- Be the main point of contact for exhibitor/sponsor liaison, creating and maintaining strong relationships
- Distribute event prospectus, providing advice and guidance on packages and benefits
- Produce and process sponsorship and exhibition application e-forms
- Responsible for tracking exhibitor and sponsor package benefits
- Work with exhibitors/sponsors to ensure registrations are submitted by the deadline
Skills and Experience for the role of Events Assistant
- Previous events experience
- Previous experience building and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
