Role and Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Consultant at BRC, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates within the social housing sector.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in suitable roles.
- Developing a deep understanding of client requirements and industry trends.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment experience or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
