Job Description:

My client is seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in Witney, Oxfordshire. Your main focus will be on expanding our property portfolio by securing new instructions and contributing to the overall success of the branch. You will work closely with clients, providing them with an outstanding level of service and ensuring a smooth and successful sales process from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by achieving targets and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
  • Advertise properties and manage property viewings
  • Register new applicants and provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets
  • Build strong relationships within the local community through active networking
  • Serve as the main point of communication between clients and vendors
  • Prepare and maintain accurate property details and ensure data is entered correctly
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial viewing to closing the sale
  • Assist branch management with various tasks as needed

Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential sales
  • Proven success in winning new business
  • Experience in property listings and valuations
  • Strong sales abilities with a focus on achieving targets
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional phone manner and a positive attitude
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
  • Ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships at all levels
  • Adaptability to change and a willingness to learn
  • Full UK driving licence required
