Technical Service Advisor
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £48k Basic (DOE), realistic £52k including bonus + great benefits below:
Our Client is a market leading manufacture. They are looking for candidates who could be from the following industries with solid transferable skills:
- Forklifts, Agricultural Machinery or Construction Plant
- Technical Trainer - Wheeled Vehicles
- Armed Forces - e.g. REME
- HGV, LGV or PSV
You'll receive first class initial and on-going training to enable you to do your job well. You will support Engineers in the Field & Workshop and Service Controllers. Things you'll be doing include:
- Ensuring Engineers are completing the right jobs in good time
- Maximise Parts efficiency
- Analyse faults to increase FTF rate
- Manage fleet
There are a couple of things you'll need to have for this role:
- Full UK driving licence (less than 6 points)
- Experience repairing wheeled vehicles.
- NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in relevant engineering area would be an advantage.
- A Can-Do attitude with strong work ethic.
- Training or Mentoring other engineers

- Basic up to £48k depending on experience
- £52k Realistic OTE in the first year
- 25 Days Holiday + BH + Additional day per year + the ability to buy & sell days
