Executive Personal Assistant

Due to internal growth, this large-scale manufacturing organisation located on the Wrexham Industrial Estate, is looking for an experienced PA to provide exceptional support and executive level assistance. Your new role
You will be providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the senior leadership team, including the MD, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.Duties will include:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel as required
  • Drafting and proofreading documents, letters, reports, and presentations
  • Acting as a central point of contact for clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Organising and managing both physical and digital filing systems
  • Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts to coordinate tasks and projects
  • Supporting with event planning and coordination

What you'll need to succeed
Due to the nature of this role, previous experience within a similar PA role is required. The successful candidate will be exceptionally organised, proactive, with great interpersonal skills. Experience working with Microsoft Office software is essential.
