Client Services Administrator

Ecosurety are looking for a Client Services Administrator with strong communication and organisational skills to deliver a high level of customer service to our clients. The individual will be required to be flexible and adaptable to embrace the changing needs of the business, balancing multiple business objectives.

The Client Services Administrator will support a large number of clients. The role will involve answering customer inquiries, maintaining client records, relaying important regulatory information, managing invoicing, administering incoming client data, and providing administrative support to the Client Services Team.

Job Description

  • Delivery of high standards of customer service and administration of a large number of clients.
  • Answering client queries ranging from basic administrative queries (e.g. log in issues; invoices) to regulatory guidance (e.g. directing clients to relevant regulatory guidance and data submission information).
  • Administering proactive client communication (e.g. regulatory reminders of timelines; sending invoices; invitations to various events; surveys).
  • Administration of multiple client records and CRM system.
  • Ensure adherence to Ecosurety's management system and processes.
  • Support delivery of ‘best in class' compliance, interacting with the Compliance & Data team
  • Identify new opportunities for service improvement and growth.
  • Contribute to a positive team dynamic, living the Ecosurety values of ‘Protect, Inspire, Transform'.

Person Specification

  • Experience of customer services and client administration
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple requests and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong ability to communicate logically and objectively, both verbally and written.
  • Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders and working collaboratively both internally and externally.
  • Personable, and exude a ‘can do' attitude.
  • Strong IT skills and experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to take on new (often technical) information quickly.

Package

  • £24-£26k per year
  • Fixed term contract for 12 months, 8-hour day with some flexibility
  • 28 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
  • 5 x salary life insurance, 7% employer pension contribution, employee health cash plan, paid sick leave, happy to talk flexible working, remote working, great office location, £250 home working set up payment.
  • Hybrid working. At least 2 days required in office.
