Financial Administrator - £35k/£36k - Chartered IFA firm - Folkestone

My client, who has offices across Kent with a highly experienced team of Employed Chartered Advisers are a Chartered wealth planning practice who have been operating for over 25 years. I have placed 3 members of staff in the business, and they maintain a very high level of staff satisfaction and low turnover. My client has an excellent reputation providing the highest levels of financial advice to HNW private clients who are City professionals, retirees, accumulators, business owners and families across Kent, Sussex & London. The business has its own DFM and investment portfolios and they do have an advice proposition for corporate clients. I am speaking directly to the Managing Director. Business is busier than ever with a growing number of new queries coming into their inboxes through referrals and recommendations and therefore do not need to do any marketing activities.

The business has always maintained its independence operating as a stand alone wealth management business and has not joined any large networks. The business has grown organically via recommendation and referral as opposed to acquisition. As a result of this ongoing success, a brand-new vacancy has been created by the Managing Director for an experienced Financial Administrator. You will be working in a pooled environment of other administrators conducting end to end administration on whole of market products. Knowledge of Intelligent Office and a variety of platforms will be highly advantageous for the role, but training will be provided.

  • Salary: £30k - £36k (negotiable)
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (33 days)
  • 37.5 hours per week (8.30 to 5 with hour for lunch)
  • Full benefits package
