Your new role:
- Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for accuracy and quality, and record any discrepancies or damages.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including organising, labelling, and tracking stock items.
- Order Fulfilment: Prepare orders for shipment, including picking and packing products, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Quality Control: Monitor inventory for damaged or expired items and report any issues to the Warehouse Manager.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of inventory levels, shipments, and any inventory adjustments.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Microsoft Office, in-particular Outlook and have a good knowledge of Excel
- Proficiency with inventory systems
- Must have excellent organisational skills
- Able to work independently with a problem-solving attitude
- Must be a clear, confident communicator.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
