  • Are you good at building rapport?
  • Are you great at listening, establishing needs and asking questions to provide the right solution?
  • Have you got experience of selling consumable goods?
  • Are you organised and good at closing sales?

Your role as Telesales Account Manager with us at PHS Direct:

  • Taking responsibility for a set of customers made up of historical accounts that order consumables including chemicals and ancillaries.
  • Responsible for managing customers day to day requirements as well as developing the accounts by identifying, creating and closing new product core line sales opportunities and current promotions.
  • Retaining or increasing margin in line with business requirements.
  • You will be required to increase average order value, margins and order quantities within PHS Direct data base.
  • Build excellent relationships with your customers.
  • Understanding their requirements.
  • You will be responsible for overcoming any daily obstacles to ensure the customer is retained and is happy with our service.
