Our freelance community are at the heart of our business, and with events happening on a daily basis there is a lot of coordination, administration and customer service that is integral to making each event a success.
What we are looking for....
This is a part time opportunity, operating from our Banbury Office, days and hours can be discussed.
As our new staffing coordinator you will work closely with our Head of Talent and Project Management teams to coordinate the staffing requirements for each of our events, whether it be a one day booking in the UK or a two month contract across the globe. It is vital that you have exceptional relationship building skills for both internal and external stakeholders as well as see the importance of the finer details and administration that will go with a role such as this.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Liaising with our freelance community to obtain availability, confirm bookings and provide them with detailed briefs for each event.
- Process all bookings through our bespoke CRM system
- Ensure all project documentation is kept up to date with live information on a daily basis.
- Work with project managers to advise on the best skills/knowledge needed for the specific role within each event.
- Ensure right of work's, license checks and staff documentation is kept up to date and obtained in a timely fashion
- Conduct both face to face and virtual interviews with prospective new freelancers to ascertain their suitability to join the AMCI community
- Occasionally attend events
- Work with the Head of Talent to identify and implement process improvements
About you...
- It is vital that you are a natural communicator who genuinely cares about our freelancers and the experience they have working with AMCI. You will need to deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
- Attention to detail is crucial, this role will involve a lot of administration and logging of information, accuracy is essential to your success
- The desire and motivation to make the role your own. As a growing organisation we are keen to employ people who like to work under their own initiative, who take accountability for their responsibilities and who are keen to bring ideas to the table to make improvements and streamline processes where possible.
- There can be high workload levels so the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment is critical.
- Previous experience working within a temps agency would be preferred but not essential.
This is a Monday to Friday, part time opportunity, operating from our Banbury Office.
Salary £30,000 Pro Rata
