Our client, a prestigious adult education college in the heart of Covent Garden, is dedicated to fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Known for their vibrant community and commitment to excellence, they are looking for a personable and proactive receptionist to join their team for a temporary two-week assignment.
As the receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our client's esteemed institution. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional service to students, staff, and visitors. Key responsibilities include:
- Warmly greeting and assisting visitors with their inquiries
- Professionally handling incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
- Efficiently managing appointment bookings and maintaining organised schedules
- Performing general administrative tasks and supporting staff with various needs
You will have:
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational talents
- Proficiency with office equipment and computer systems
- A friendly, professional demeanor that leaves a lasting positive impression
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus, but not essential
