The Client

Harmonic is excited to be working exclusively with a fast-growth drinks scaleup who is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join its team.

This scaleup has an impressive background and its products can be found in many of the best hotels around the world and used by the best chefs. The drinks are handcrafted and use the best ingredients from Sri Lanka collected using sustainable methods and was recognised by EcoVardis sustainability ratings. Connecting communities across the world through its products and allowing producers and environments to thrive is at the core of this companies' ethos and mission. The company spends time educating farmers in having their crops in the best condition to ensure a quality product.

This team is one that is collaborative, innovative, efficiency and above all else, passionate about delivering great drinks around the world. This boutique brand has lovely offices in Belgravia and offer a flexible hybrid work setting.

The Role:

The Supply Chain Manager will report into the COO and will have one direct report being the demand planner. The Supply Chain Manager will own and drive the operational performance to ensure the company has the correct stock in the right place at the right time. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and planning skills alongside having a high level of organisation.

Duties:

  • Lead the operations team with a high performance and driven culture by identifying any issues and continuously improving.
  • Maximise profits through ensuring stock is optimised and minimising warehouse and logistics costs.
  • Build out and improve operational systems and processes.
  • Manage the S&OP processes withing the business and making sure the team is held to account on quality of outputs.
  • Lead on planning, production and shipping of the drinks to ensure that the availability of stock is accurate.
  • Foster strong relationships with distributers to ensure the forecast and plans are accurate.
  • Management of warehousing, production and logistical partnerships.

Essential Experience (what our client would like to see):

  • 5+ years of demand planning/supply chain experience.
  • Supply chain management on a global scale.
  • International import and export.
  • Team leadership and management.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage SME's.

Non-Essential Experience (What we would like to see):

  • Fast-growing startup experience.
  • Experience in drinks.
  • Systems integrations and controls.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
