Accounts Payable Assistant

Our client based in a great location in Windsor are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant on a temporary basis. The role will be on-going so we are looking for long term commitment.

The hours ill be full time Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. There is very limited parking which is allocated. You will be expected in the office 3 days per week, 2 days working from home.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing high volume invoices
  • Working with multi-currencies
  • Dealing with a high volume of invoice queries
  • Attending calls with supplies when required
  • Taking charge of some payment runs
