Business Development Executive

We are proud to be working with a fast-growing Telecoms company, based in Northamptonshire.

Poised for significant growth in 2024, we are looking for a dynamic, desk based Business Development Executive / Manager to embrace their obsession with customer acquisition and help deliver the next chapter in their story. This is a hybrid position.

You will take responsibility for bringing on new business to the hosted portfolio of products. You will be working within a knowledgeable team environment and be required to gel well with other tremendously driven individuals to deliver on sales targets on your own and as part of a team.

This role will suit an individual who goes the extra mile and who is determined to make a difference and be known. This is an entry level position, where you do not need experience selling Telecoms, as long as you have experience selling B2B over the phone and will suit someone who has been B2B Appointment generating and/or Selling and would like a step up to sitting their own appointments.

With a progression path to a field sales BDM position, you have scope here to grow your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for managing your pipeline and using a CRM package
  • Being responsible for generating appointments through referrals / calling data/ booking own leads & sitting appointments booked for you from the Telesales team
  • Delivering on performance in line with your KPI's
  • Identify, cross sell and up sell other products in the portfolio
  • Presenting your business on a weekly basis to management

Experience/Requirements:

  • Minimum recent 3+ years of experience selling over the phone in a professional B2B environment
  • Proven history of exceeding targets
  • Based in Northampton/Surrounding Areas

Qualifications:

  • Full driving licence

Benefits:

  • Salary of between £20,000.00 to £25,000.00 PY experience dependant
  • OTE of £50k Uncapped
