We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Team Assistant to join our team within Vistry Services, we are flexible on location, but the ideal location would be around the London area. As our Communications Team Assistant you will sit at the heart of the communications team. Your primary role will be to provide first class administrative support to the Communications Team, ensuring that day to day operations are delivered effectively, and efficiently to a high standard.

  • Experience with event planning

  • Interest in Housebuilding Sector

  • Experience managing budgets and invoicing

  • Support communications leadership team with expenses, diary management, hotel bookings

  • Work with the communications team to assist with sourcing information from the wider business to support projects, presentations and campaigns

  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and actions on behalf of the senior communications team

  • Management of COIN's, raising PO's, processing invoices and invoice spend

  • Booking tables at events, supporting at events, organizing literature and marketing materials

  • Responding to adhoc requests for information from wider business

  • Assistance with the press office inbox

  • Assistance with logging press activity including crisis comms

  • Assistance with the Vistry Group social media accounts

  • Maintaining sponsorship of key media outlets

  • Helping to design promotional material

  • Ensuring the Vistry Group website is kept up to date, uploading news stories and content

  • Maintaining the communication teams sharepoint account

  • Responsible for the communication team page on Vistry Vibe, ensuring it's a key source of information for the business

  • Ensuring that the ‘Our Offering' page on Vistry Vibe is kept up to date

  • Assistance with video projects

  • Ensuring communication policies are kept up to date

  • Adhoc support for the comms team, including drafting communications
