Job Title: Maintenance Person
Location: Outskirts of Halstead, Essex.
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Basic Electrical Work: Troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues, replacing fixtures, and ensuring electrical systems are safe and functional.
- Plumbing: Addressing plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and general repairs to ensure proper water flow and functionality.
- Carpentry: Carrying out repairs and maintenance on doors, windows, and other wooden structures, as well as general carpentry tasks.
- General Maintenance: Performing routine inspections, identifying issues, and carrying out necessary repairs to maintain the overall condition of the facility.
- Health & Safety: Adhering to all safety protocols and ensuring the workspace remains hazard-free.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, with basic skills in electrics, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
