Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Support individual and small group activities to enhance students' cognitive and social development.

- Collaborate with the teaching team to implement effective teaching strategies and interventions.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience working with Early Years children is highly desirable.
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or education are preferable.
