Transactions Finance Manager - Interim - Hybrid
Purpose of the Role:
Manager of large Accounts Payable. Accounts Receivable and Master Data team.
We are looking for a confident, credible and inspirational leader, capable of spinning plates and working within a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assesses, designs and implements controls over AP, AR and Data Management processes
- Lead the transactions support team
- Manages stakeholder financial relationship
- Supporting the implementation of processes
- Leading, improving and developing teams transactions processes
- Monitoring of actuals versus cash forecast
- Provides input to all relevant projects ensuring core processes are considered and suitable solutions developed.
- Drives a culture of continuous improvement across transactional Services
Skills and Competences
- Have previous Transactional Manager experience - essential
- Processing mapping and improvement
- Experience of leading and managing a large team in a complex structure
- Experience of managing large volumes of complex data and the integrity of complex data interfaces
- Managing the production of cash flow projections
