H9 Human Resources are currently working with a leading organisation looking to hire a HR Advisor to work as part of our busy and fast paced HR team.
The HR Advisor will play a vital role in providing expert guidance and support on a wide range of human resources matters.
Responsibilities
- Provide a pro-active and customer focussed HR service which supports all aspects of an employee's relationship and engagement with the company.
- Provide ER advice and support to managers in all aspects of absence management, performance management, capability, disciplinary and grievances.
- Provide advice to management and staff on human resources policies, procedures and legislation
- Conduct exit interviews with leavers and providing summary analysis on attrition patterns.
- Implementing HR policy changes.
- Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives including engagement, wellbeing, recognition and career development.
- Maintain the HRIS system & manage and process payroll
- Promote and administer the company benefit schemes.
- Managing the new starter process
Skills & Qualifications
- CIPD Qualification
- Experience managing complex cases
- Experience managing payroll
