Lettings Administrator

Our client is an independent lettings, investment and property management company based in Weybridge. They cover all aspects of the residential lettings market, specialising in corporate and private tenancies from luxury family houses to executive apartments in Surrey, South London and Berkshire.

To be considered for this position you will ideally have some property administration experience and an understanding of lettings and property management legislation and procedures.

Working as part of a team you will be required to manage and progress the paperwork for new lettings deals from the point of an offer being agreed through to successful move in. You will also be handling renewals and other aspects of lettings administration. If you are a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills, please get in touch!

Personal specification:

  • Some experience within lettings administration would be preferred

Our client is offering a salary of £30,000 to the successful individual. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (days and hours can be flexible for the right person).
