We are seeking a Global Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Partner for leading private sector client partner. With a presence in numerous locations worldwide, as they continue to drive innovation in the industry, they recognise the importance of fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

In this newly created role, you will join the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) team and collaborate closely with HR, Sustainability, Internal Communications, and business leaders. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate, develop, and implement a comprehensive DE&I programme across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the creation of strategies that promote an inclusive work environment.
  • Stay informed about external trends, laws, and other factors influencing DE&I programmes to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Define and track DE&I metrics, establish targets, and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Monitor colleague sentiment related to DE&I and raise awareness of equity issues.
  • Provide recognition for colleague contributions to DE&I initiatives.
  • Design and deliver DE&I training and campaigns in collaboration with Human Resources and Internal Communications.
  • Identify the needs of specific minority groups and develop strategies to create a more equitable work environment.
  • Collaborate with HR policy makers, country HR Managers, and champion and affinity teams to identify further opportunities for DE&I action.
  • Work closely with Sustainability to integrate the social pillar into the Sustainability roadmap.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment with business functions in developing DE&I strategies.
  • Perform additional assigned responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A background in significant aspects of DE&I is essential.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence internal stakeholders across various levels.
  • Strong alignment with our client's values and behaviours.
  • Analytical, reporting, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent prioritisation and time management skills.
