Job Description:
The role is to lead on mechanical project delivery and requires an engineer with a HND or above in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in construction management or Building services who can take ownership of M&E projects complete the design/ specification, tender the projects then manager the delivery program whilst actively supporting the day to day maintenance by managing the mechanical contractors and providing expert mechanical engineering advise for repairs.
