The Role:
We are looking for dedicated and flexible SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supply team. You will provide vital in-class support to pupils with a range of additional needs, working closely with teachers and SENCOs to help deliver tailored learning experiences and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with SEN in classroom and small group settings
  • Implement personalised learning and behaviour plans
  • Assist with social, emotional, and physical development
  • Help prepare and adapt learning materials
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

Who We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
  • Understanding of a range of SEN needs (e.g., autism, ADHD, learning difficulties)
  • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one before starting
