My client are a large prestigious health-care organisation, they are seeking a Improvement and Transformation Lead on an initial minimum 6 month contract basis (37.5 hours, 5 days per week, flexitime). The role is paying Band 8A - max £25.15 per hour for the duration of the contract, INSIDE IR35.
This role will be flexible hybrid, with a few days needed across both Cambridge and Bedfordshire.
Qualifications
- Educated to Master's Degree level or able to demonstrate management experience to this level.
- Evidence of continuing professional development/education and learning
- Improvement methodology qualification (e.g.Lean, Six Sigma) accredited or evidence of internal training equivalent to qualification
- Programme/project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE 2, Agile, MSP)
Mandatory Experience
- Experience of successfully delivering large scale and complex programmes in either the private or public sector.
- Experience of using improvement methodologies tools such as Six Sigma, Kaizen and Lean to interrogate end to end processes.
- Experience of building, maintaining and utilising successful relationships with staff at all levels in the organisation.
- Experience of partnership working across organisational boundaries ensuring involvement of key stakeholders.
