We are seeking a Social Media Representative to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for a social media enthusiast with a strong presence on platforms like Instagram or TikTok, and an interest in e-commerce. The successful candidate will be a native English speaker with high social skills and an outgoing personality, ready to engage with our audience and enhance our brand's online presence.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and grow the company's social media pages, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote our brand and products.
- Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers, enhancing customer loyalty.
- Manage the basic operations of our e-commerce store, including product listings and updates.
- Create compelling content for the brand, including social media videos that resonate with our audience.
- Address customer complaints and manage the company's email system, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Respond promptly to customer queries, providing helpful and accurate information to enhance their experience with our brand.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A deep understanding of social media platforms, with a personal account page of 10k followers (Instagram/TikTok)
- Currently living in the UK and a native English speaker.
- High social skills and an outgoing personality.
- An understanding of e-commerce or a keen interest in the field.
- A-Level or equivalent educational background.
- Ability to create engaging content and manage social media channels effectively.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and queries professionally.
