Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Bloxwich
Pay Rate: £15 per hour (Sleep-ins required)
Are you an experienced support worker with a passion for making a real difference in children's lives? Our client is looking for a dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join their solo provision children's service based in Bloxwich.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a solo provision setting.
- Be a positive role model, promoting independence and emotional well-being.
- Ensure the home is a safe and nurturing environment.
- Assist in developing and implementing care plans.
- Participate in sleep-in duties as part of the role.
Requirements:
- Level 3 or 4 qualification in Children and Young People.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience in a residential childcare setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
