Your new role
As the sole marketer, you will take complete ownership of the marketing function and be hands-on with the strategy. You will take the lead on campaigns and launches whilst collaborating with the wider team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative, hands-on marketing professional who can work independently, with a passion for growing a brand in the construction consultancy space. As the only marketing team member, you will lead efforts to enhance the company's market presence, drive lead generation, and create brand awareness through a mix of digital, content, and traditional marketing strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in a B2B role along with experience leading on campaigns and launches. Experience managing social media channels, PR, events etc. Excellent written and graphic design skills to create content such as case studies, social media posts and articles. Experience managing or being involved in events and managing a marketing budget.
