I am working with a Global social media firm who are currently on the market seeking to hire a contract IT support engineer based on site in Dublin.
Seeking the following:
- L2 IT Support Technician role based out of Dublin office
- 4-5 years IT experience
- Familiar with SaaS and having enterprise experience
- Revolving around service desk, ticketing, IT on boarding duties, asset management, support for MacOS fleet, ChromeOS, and Windows support
- Working with the IT Service desk in Dublin
- 10 -15 Tickets a day on average
This is a 6 month contract above market rate.
