On top of excellent academics and previous commercial litigation experience (which consists of a good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules), candidates who apply for this role must either already be qualified or be approaching qualification in the coming weeks. This role does include opportunities for hybrid and agile working and will require someone who has the ability to manage their own caseload.

Along with typical commercial disputes, the wider dispute resolution team handles a wide range of contentious matters including sporting, media/entertainment, property, and construction disputes.
