Contract: Day-to-day and long-term roles available

Pay: Competitive, market-leading rates £130.00 - £180.00 per day

What You'll Do:

  • Adaptive Teaching to cater to pupils' individual needs.
  • Action EHCP's and Behavioural Support Plans.
  • Adapt to various school environments and classroom settings.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Ensure a safe learning environment.
  • Collaborate with school staff and follow school policies.

What You Need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in primary or secondary schools (supporting SEN).
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Experience of PECS, Makaton, Intensive Interaction, Rapid Prompting Method and other relevant Augmentative and Alternative Communication approaches are advantageous but not essential.
