Contract: Day-to-day and long-term roles available
Pay: Competitive, market-leading rates £130.00 - £180.00 per day
Start Date: September 2024

What You'll Do:
- Adaptive Teaching to cater to pupils' individual needs.
- Action EHCP's and Behavioural Support Plans.
- Adapt to various school environments and classroom settings.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Ensure a safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with school staff and follow school policies.
What You Need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in primary or secondary schools (supporting SEN).
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Experience of PECS, Makaton, Intensive Interaction, Rapid Prompting Method and other relevant Augmentative and Alternative Communication approaches are advantageous but not essential.
