They specialise in creating essential chemical components and providing services for liquid products that need reactions, formulation, and homogenisation. Operating discreetly from Norfolk, England, their collaborations with various clients have led to innovative research and refined products.
Your new role
As an IT Technician, you will provide local IT support as part of a small team for the whole organisation. You will be responsible for end user support for the staff based on site and wider IT systems. You will also be involved in project work as part of a broader project team.
What you'll need to succeed
- System administrator for Windows servers & desktops, MS Active Directory, Hyper-V, DNS/DHCP, networking hardware, fileservers
- IT support applications, desktop support, Office 365, Azure
- Good knowledge of IT security principles (including firewall configuration, VPNs, and DNS management), Networking, TCPIP, Firewalls, Routing, Switch Management and Virtual LANs.
- Knowledge of the configuration, setup and management of network devices, including routers, switchers and Wi-Fi devices.
- Exposure to OT/industrial control interfaces and hardware
- Knowledge of backup systems
