An established solicitors' practice located in the heart of Buckinghamshire is seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join their wills and probate team. The practice is known for its approachable, friendly, and supportive service. This role involves managing a varied caseload including Wills, LPAs, estate planning, and Probate matters.
Day to Day of the role:
- Manage a varied caseload of Wills, LPAs, estate planning, and Probate matters.
- Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on Probate matters, Inheritance Tax issues, Trusts, and the drafting of Trust documents.
- Draft Lasting Power of Attorney & Wills with supervision where necessary.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of case handling.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide empathetic support throughout the legal process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in handling Probate matters, Inheritance Tax issues, Trusts, and drafting of Trust documents.
- Ability to draft Lasting Power of Attorney & Wills with the necessary level of supervision.
- A friendly and approachable manner, with a hard-working ethos.
- Quick learning capabilities and self-motivation.
- Technical competence and meticulousness, with a broad range of private client experience.
