Production Operatives
Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton
37.5 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday 07:30-17:30 and Thursday 07:30-17:00
£12.12 Per Hour with Overtime paid at £18.18
Our well-established global client is looking to expand their manufacturing team and are looking for committed individuals to join them as Production Operatives.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Manufacturing and will understand and be committed to following existing processes within a high performing team. If have a production background that involved following processes, then these would be excellent transferable skills.
For those Candidates that demonstrate the appropriate attitude and skills, there will be opportunities to be offered a full-time position with the company, although this is not guaranteed.
Production Operative Key Areas of Responsibility
- Assembling cables
- Snipping and crimping cable ends ready for client requirements
- Labelling cables
- Sorting cables into appropriate client locations
- Quality testing
- Box preparation
- Picking small items ready for manufacturing
