People and Culture Manager

I'm excited to be partnering with a growing organisation based in North Hertfordshire to hire a People Professional who is passionate about delivering HR professional services and ensuring compliance within the People function. As part of the Senior Management team, you will play a key role in driving the business forward, leveraging your exceptional relationship-building skills and your ability to impact and influence others.

We are looking for someone with a strong HR background, preferably CIPD qualified. Experience with payroll and managing ISO9001 will be advantageous. In this senior role, you will collaborate with Directors across our three offices to achieve successful people and business outcomes.

Please note that some travel to London and Manchester will be required.

You will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Ideally CIPD qualified with a robust background as a Senior People Professional

  • Previous experience managing ISO 9001

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Driven, enthusiastic, and capable of working on your own initiative

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities

  • Strong relationship-building skills

  • Courage to challenge and ensure best practices are maintained
