Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Parts Team and engage with our amazing customers.
- Contact customers to get approval on quotations sent for repairs.
- Liaise with the Parts Manager and Parts Supervisor to support our busy team.
- Maintain and manage relationships with our customers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience as a Parts Administrator or within a Parts company in Material Handling, Plant, Equipment Hire, Retail (e.g., Screwfix or a trade counter), M&E Engineering contracting, or Transport/Logistics preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Competency with Microsoft & data systems.
- Good time management.
- Ability to work unsupervised as required.
