Salary: £22,500 per annum plus excellent benefits

Hours: 37.5hrs per week

About the post

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To maintain accurate records on systems, by gathering information for absence and attendance processing.
  • To input absence information into the charities Allocate and SAP systems. (System training will be provided).
  • To produce and retrieve reports for analysis and reporting.
  • To assist with identifying, investigating and resolving any discrepancies in absence data from timecards and system records.
  • To chase up missing documentation for processing to the charities systems, by the required deadlines.
  • Assist with any enquiries raised.

Person specification

  • Experience of data entry administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Desire to work as part of a team
  • Good computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Excel.
  • Grade C or above at GCSE English & Maths.
