Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 dependant on experience

Location: Horsham

Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities ??

  • Organising customer delivery runs to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Chasing and checking supplier/manufacturer order acknowledgements to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Proactively managing order progress with suppliers/manufacturers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handling order change management with efficiency and precision.
  • Processing and progressing warranty claims from customers, providing top-notch service.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for warranties, customers, and order progression.
  • Notifying customers via email/phone regarding incoming stock or any possible delays.
  • Taking payments from customers, ensuring a seamless transaction experience.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the team.
