Are you an individual with a background as a Design Engineer looking for a varied role within a well-established and fast-growing company offering training and exciting progression into senior roles?
This well-established company are a leading manufacturer of materials handling equipment, including bespoke trucks, trolleys and storage solutions that are utilized by factories, warehouse and distribution, garden centers, and others. They are now looking to add a Design Engineer to their growing team.
In this role you will be working closely with other members of the design team as you interpret bespoke product specifications, and create 2D and 3D product models on AutoCAD, which will then be transferred to the fabrication team and built on site. You will have the chance to develop your design skills with the potential to progress into Senior Design positions.
This role would suit someone with experience as a Design Engineer who is proficient in using AutoCAD, looking to join a well-established company offering ongoing training and progression.
The Role:
- Interpreting bespoke product specifications.
- Working closely with other members of the design team.
- Creating 2D and 3D product models, utilizing software such as AutoCAD.
The Person:
- Design Engineer background.
- Proficient using AutoCAD to create 2D and 3D models.
- Commutable to Gloucestershire.
