With several exciting projects on the horizon this thriving practice are keen to continue the growth of their Nottingham Architecture team with the addition of a passionate Project Architect.

The successful Project Architect will have substantial post qualification experience ideally in the defence sector, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit as well as job running experience and keen to input to continued practice growth.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

  • ARB registered and membership from RIBA
  • Extensive post qualification experience
  • Proficiency in Revit and ideally AutoCAD
  • Demonstrable experience across the defence is advantageous
  • Be a supportive team player
  • Experience developing emergent staff members
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, relevant authorities, and other professions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Attentiveness to detail, boast design flare and advanced technical expertise
  • Be able to replicate if not exceed the client brief
  • Experience across all RIBA stages being capable at taking a project from conception to competition
  • Passionate about incorporating sustainability into designs
  • Driven to keep up to date with latest technologies / methods
  • Awareness of BREEAM and able to provide technical input for it
  • Job running experience
  • Identify and minimise risks
  • Lively locally to Nottingham
