Description
- Performing regular maintenance checks on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnosing and rectifying equipment malfunctions.
- Assisting with new machinery installations and projects.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Providing technical support to other team members when required.
- Participating in training and development programmes.
- Reporting any issues to the Engineering Manager in a timely manner.
Profile
A successful Multiskilled Engineer should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
