If you have experience at any Rosette level, fine dining or similar level establishment, we would love for you to consider our vacancy. Depending on the level of your experience, we have the capacity to hire someone as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef.

Live In Sous Chef job in Skye Highlights:

  • Salary package around £33k to £36k negotiated on experience
  • Plus, share of tips/tronc, around £5,400 yearly – taking your anticipated earnings up to £41k per annum.
  • Overtime paid
  • Affordable Living: Benefit from subsidized live-in accommodation at just £275 per month, bills included!
  • Each person gets their own room within a shared house. Many of the rooms have their own bathrooms (depending on availability) and the properties include full Lounge, Kitchen, Laundry facilities etc.
  • Christmas and News Years OFF work– The Restaurant is closed between roughly 20th December to 20th January
  • 28 days holiday, increasing annually up to 31 days.
  • 4 days per week. Straight shifts only – excellent work life balance.
  • Direct report to the supportive Head Chef and working within a fantastic brigade of around 12.
  • World Renowned 3AA Rosette Restaurant. Working with locally sourced produce, some of the finest shellfish and meat in Scotland.
