Reed Accountancy & Finance excited to support our Tonbridge based client who is looking to secure an Assistant Accountant for an on-going temporary assignment which could lead to a permanent position.
The ideal Assistant Accountant would need to be available immediately and show the relevant experience obtained from a similar role with the below duties:
- Process Purchase ledger invoices
- Prepare and process outgoing payments
- Process Sales Ledger invoices
- Update the daily cash books
- Download bank statements and allocate cash
- Deal with the daily banking and allocate cash
- Process petty cash payments
- Process journal entries
- Process VAT and Tax returns
- Assist with management accounts including debtor and creditors ledgers
