Our client is looking for a skilled customer service advisor to join their team. You will be great at customer service and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities as Customer Service Advisor:
- Make appointments/bookings and handle client enquiries by phone
- Respond to email and livechat enquiries
- Prepare training seminar rooms
- Meet & greet clients and put them at their ease
- Make customer care calls, arranging support if required
Key Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Warm friendly confident manner
- Computer literate
- Smart appearance required
- Reliable and experienced
- Good team player
