Due to continued expansion and sustained success, the company are now looking for a knowledgeable, motivated a Technical Manager, Project Manager, Technical Coordinator or Senior Engineer who can manage internal and external stakeholders and site project based processes across the board.
In this role you will coordinate multiple consultants and external agencies on planning, technical and engineering design matters for existing and potential development sites, functioning as a liaison between the business and LPA, building control, warranty providers and utility/service providers.
This role would suit Technical Manager, Project Manager, Technical Coordinator or Senior Engineer from a Residential, Project, Domestic, Design or Construction background who is looking for a new challenge or is open to a new industry who is looking for an autonomous hands on project management position with great prospects and work life balance.
The Role
