This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined consultancy who provide specialist building services towards to the built environment. They are on the lookout for an experienced Energy and Sustainability Consultant to join their sustainability team in their new offices in Birmingham.

Role responsibilities for an Energy & Sustainability Consultant include:

  • Carrying out non-domestic EPC's via SBEM and Design Building modelling software
  • Being involved with energy surveying of buildings
  • Use IES-VE software to carryout overheating and operational energy analysis to optimize building performance of construction projects
  • Working alongside clients and residents of the buildings for surveys
  • Identifying and providing solutions that will improve energy efficiency

The ideal Energy & Sustainability Consultant will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within a relevant role within the construction industry.
  • Have an energy assessor qualification such as NDEA or OCDEA
  • Proficient with IES-VE and iSBEM software to carry out energy modelling and assessments for projects
  • Excellent communication and strong organisational skills
  • Full UK driver's license
