As a Learning Support Assistant you will:
- Assist in the organisation and execution of lesson plans, including setting up and maintaining the classroom environment.
- Provide support to pupils individually and in small groups to help them grasp the curriculum.
- Monitor, document, and communicate pupil progress.
Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant role.
- SEN experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly reliable and dependable.
