A modern Cost Consultancy which strives for excellence, is seeking a competent Quantity Surveyor with an M&E bias, and a desire to work on a broad range of mouth-watering projects.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a close knit MEP team, which sits alongside an award winning quantity surveying team, and is led by a personable MEP Quantity Surveying Partner who focuses on improving his Quantity Surveyor's skillset daily.
In terms of the work, the Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to a £300M new build office, jump on a mix of research labs, and be part of an incredible £100M Cat B fit out project.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Must have MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience
- The M&E experience must be within a consultancy/pqs/cost management practice
- Pre and post contract experience
- Completed a RICS accredited degree
- 3+ years MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience
- Presentable, intelligent, professional
