Join my client's passionate and supportive team as a Nursery/Early Years Foundation Teaching Assistant, starting in September. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with nursery and reception children aged 2 to 4 years, fostering their development in a nurturing environment. What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Catholic values and ethos
- Delivering high-standard care and education as per the EYFS Statutory Framework
- Participating in activities tailored to meet children's emotional, physical, and learning needs
- Assisting in planning, delivery, and monitoring of learning activities
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with pupils to achieve learning targets
- Implementing a behavior management program
- Collaborating with team members for a supportive work environment
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Kind, caring, energetic, and enthusiastic
- Ability to support a mixed age group including two, three, and four year old children
- Strong organizational skills to assist with learning environment and record keeping
- Commitment to the school's ethos and positive attitude towards children's development
