Accounts Administrator/AP

An exciting opportunity to join the Retail Operations Department of a FTSE listed Real Estate business as an Accounts Administrator has arisen.

This is a broad position and is a really exciting time to join the business!

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Management accounts with commentary and reporting
  • The administration of the accounts system
  • Ensuring the processing of all purchase orders and invoices is accurate
  • Property management reporting and other financial support in the pursuit of their roles and action as directed.
  • Support with the year-end budget pack with analysis
  • Invoice matching, processing, payments and other intercompany charges and queries.
  • Assisting with supplier set up, contract processing
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships are maintained with stakeholders
  • Perform routine administrative tasks as directed
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and administrative support as required by the centre team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar position, you will be an enthusiastic individual with great attention to detail.
