An exciting opportunity to join the Retail Operations Department of a FTSE listed Real Estate business as an Accounts Administrator has arisen.
This is a broad position and is a really exciting time to join the business!
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Management accounts with commentary and reporting
- The administration of the accounts system
- Ensuring the processing of all purchase orders and invoices is accurate
- Property management reporting and other financial support in the pursuit of their roles and action as directed.
- Support with the year-end budget pack with analysis
- Invoice matching, processing, payments and other intercompany charges and queries.
- Assisting with supplier set up, contract processing
- Develop and maintain positive relationships are maintained with stakeholders
- Perform routine administrative tasks as directed
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and administrative support as required by the centre team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar position, you will be an enthusiastic individual with great attention to detail.
