OPERATIONS SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

This is an exciting temporary opportunity for 5 months as an Operations Support Executive working for one of the world's leading broadcasters!

OPERATIONS SUPPORT EXECUTIVE ROLE:

  • Managing and overseeing tool, system, and user audits to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Handling Clip ID creation, monitoring, and reporting, serving as the primary point of contact for allied teams
  • Preparing straightforward analysis, manipulation, and interpretation of data to support decision-making
  • Utilising a ticketing system to track, triage, and respond to technical and administrative requests, with training provided
  • Exercising discretion to resolve first-line issues, escalating to the Operations Manager as necessary
  • Maintaining, operating, and improving various administrative processes to ensure smooth workflows and optimal system usage
  • Organising key team meetings, coordinating and distributing agendas, supporting documents, and producing and distributing minutes while following up on outstanding actions
  • Acting as the first point of contact for wider business and account enquiries, managing set-up and ongoing support
  • Assisting with onboarding processes for new team members, as well as those moving or leaving the department

OPERATIONS SUPPORT EXECUTIVE ESSENTIALS:

  • Min 12 months of Team Assistant experience
  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working in creative industries
  • Minimum 12 months experience of working in business operations
